I want to convert

I’ve been associated with the Jewish culture for as long as I can remember. My father is a Jew and my step mother is. My mother though left and was Christian so I am to my father, “fake Jew” from age 5-8 I was on Sunday school so I guess that is why.

I want to convert though, looking back I’ve noticed I have spent more time in the Jewish culture than my mothers Christian side. I know I must ask the rabbi three times to become Jewish. Though if I am to ask what should I say?
