i want some source to learn all the topics about judaism

I’m a B’nei Noach and i keep the 7 laws, i like to learn about the jewish religion just to have more knowledge, and this religion is very confusing because in the first place if you don’t know hebrew and you just read the texts you will understand the things wrong and with the translator bias, and you need a rabbi teacher

the talmud is too big to read, and even reading you will probably don’t understand, without mention other books but generally i always have more questions than answers, at least here in my country (Brazil) that is the biggest christian country, the judaism is mixed with a lot of pagan beliefs form rome, i don’t want to enter in polemic but there is a mix of teachings and i think the real judaism needs to reject the new testament, the fact there is no proselytism in judaism makes it harder to learn, it is like the knowledge is hidden and there is a kind of “pride” they don’t want to teach you if you aren’t jew and i understand because it is waste of time, but people are curious.

i want a trustful and a “raw” source to learn the truly judaism without contamination from the reformed judaism or the christian judaism (we have here in brazil) etc, i’m not looking for books because i’ll probably don’t understand without a rabbi teacher

i need some youtube channel, site / forum etc with teachings and with topics about judaism, i need a trusful source, i know the torah but i’m ignorant with the jewish teachings and with the jewish interpretation of the torah, then, it is pretty easy to mislead me with a fake teaching once i don’t have the knowledge to understand if something is right or not.

i’m not looking for conversion only curiosity but i don’t want do disrespect.
