i am 48% Ashkenazi according to a DNA test, it all comes from my father’s side, can i still identify as jewish in casual conversation?

it is the majority of my dna in that more of my dna is jewish than any other ethnicity but it is not a true majority (>51%)

i was not raised Jewish

the only reason i ask is because i dont like how broad and meaningless the term White is, but i cant get specific and say jewish because i am not considered Jewish by the rabbinate/most jews as far as i understand

should i tell people i am 20% british if im to ignore the ethnically Ashkenazi part?
