I am 25 and Jewish but secular. However, I want to become observant. I want to be "Modern Orthodox". How do I maintain observance, and halacha? What rules do I need to abide by. I am Ashkenazi and also want to keep Ashkenazi Traditions. Any relative feedback appreciated. :)

I also live in Israel, I did Aliyah. I speak Hebrew to the degree that I can converse with people in a basic sense. Not to the point where I can read the torah. If you have any suggestions also on how I can learn to read biblical Hebrew, that be great.

I also have a preference to associate with Chabad teachings, as I’ve had friends in that community before.

Thanks for reading. 🙂

– Edit: I contacted Chabad. Thank you for your replies.
