How/what should I pay/gift my rabbi and beit din?

I had my mikvah this week so now I’m wondering what’s appropriate in terms of paying/showing my appreciation for their role and help. Should I bring a check to the synagogue made out to the synagogue? Should I give them checks individually? Cash? Also, how much? I converted conservative, fwiw.
