How to Deal With Anxiety From the Current Situation?

Anyone have any advice for how to deal and cope with anxiety generated from college antisemitism? I live in and work for a university in Northern Arizona and the encampments have reached here. I have filed a report with the ADL and the university will not be permitting the structures overnight, but the feeling of anxiety is still present. Any resources on how to handle the psychological aspect of this? I am involved with the Jewish community here.
