How to behave if kosher food is nearly unnaccesible?

I live in Khabarovsk (it’s a Russian city). Moscow is thousands miles away. Kosher food is thousands miles away.

Recently rabbin gifted me kosher juice, kosher chickens and other good stuff. (May or may not be related to my bar mitzvah).

So, question is in the title.
