How strict are the strictest Reform Jews?

Are there any Reform rabbis or laity who keep an Orthodox-level of Shabbat – including: disconnecting the fridge light on Friday and if they forget to; will not open the fridge; zero cooking and keeping food on a warmer; careful not to sort, chop, etc. (including not tearing toilet paper) for 25 hours every week?

In theory, Reform stands for each person doing what they think is right, so I know that Reform is not opposed to strict Shabbat observance (right?) but what is done in practice? And if there are any who are indeed so stringent, why?
