How have you been practicing self care/relaxation?

Since this is, sadly, a marathon and not a sprint, I am curious to know wha you guys have been doing to decompress/take time to relax during these crazy, shocking, dark times.

I thought if we shared with each other, maybe we can pick up something to try.
