How has your relationship with Judaism changed with mental health?

Hello, I’ve been in a pretty dark place recently and I’ve been looking to see how others have incorporated Jewish practices during hard times. I was raised more culturally Jewish than religious, and I’ve always been involved in the cultural aspects of my Jewish identity. However, I’ve been trying to have a better relationship with Judaism and I’ve been wanting to add some more Jewish elements to my life. I’ve been doing other things to help me (therapy, meditation, diet changes, etc), but I often feel like there is something missing. I’ve often heard that growing your relationship with faith is a good way to change your mindset and view things in a more positive way. Thanks.
