How has following Judaism benefitted you outside of religious and spiritual fulfillment?

What benefits has observance had for your work life, personal life, etc.?

I ask as a secular person who nonetheless understands the possible benefits that come with following Hashem, fulfilling mitzvot, and studying the sacred texts. But I’d like to know the effects this wonderful religion has had on your lives outside of worship.
