How hard is it to practice Judaism?

If I were to convert, exactly what would I be getting myself into? assuming that I convert to being Hasidic/Orthodox. I’m trying to get into the swing of being a Noahide (according to the instruction laid down in the book The Divine Code) right now as an ex-Catholic. I’m done with that faith, but still am not completely sure of Judaism’s truth right now: I find the Torah, properly understood, unnaturally wise and impressive, but am still unsure.

(I say Hasidic because I’ve had an interest in mysticism for over a decade due to some of the spiritual experiences I’ve had.)
