Hi All – Former muslim here but I have a question that some friends and I were talking about.
How does someone forgive other people and forgive themselves? What I mean specifically is do you have examples of what you do to forgive other people and yourselves?
If your answer is pray, can you be more specific on WHAT you say and WHAT you do?
