How do you all deal with the topic of circumcision when talking to people with no connection to Judaism?

I have noticed that there are a lot of “intactivists” on Reddit who either directly attack the practice of the bris milah, or indirectly attack it by obliquely saying “religion or culture” instead of just outright saying that they mean the bris. How do you all engage in discussions like these, if you engage at all? It feels like a useless uphill battle when the vast majority of intactivist arguments rely heavily on religious antisemitism.

(It feels worth noting that I am against circumcision that happens when there is zero reason for it, i.e. routine infant circumcision that is done in hospitals. I understand that part of their argument, but I have no idea how to approach the blatant or oblique antisemitism in the rest of their argument.)
