How do I take classes in ancient Hebrew as a non-Jew?

What’s the best way to go about it? I’m in NYC. I’d prefer in person if possible, a lot more fun for language classes.

I want to be be able to read the Psalms fluently in their native tongue. I know that’s a big ask but I will put in the work to get there.

Funds are limited but I’m not looking to get a degree or anything just a personal interest.
