How do Hasidic/Orthodox/Conservative Jews feel about patrilineal descended jewish people?

As a person of patrilineal descent, I am fully aware and I acknowledge the fact that I am not halachically Jewish. I am referring to the acknowledgement of a person with Jewish ancestry and not the religious connotation. Do they feel like they/we are any less part of “the tribe” ? Do they feel any more comfortable around us than 100% non Jewish people, or are we viewed the same? Just asking out of personal curiosity.
