How common is it to pick your parents names when choosing your Hebrew name?

Hi folks, I’m wondering how common it is for converts to pick their parents’ names as well as their own when converting, instead of Avraham v’Sarah. I’ve seen people talk about that sometimes, but don’t know anyone who did irl. Also curious about how that varies by denomination.

I’m personally torn between Avraham v’Sarah (I genuinely love that tradition), and honoring the two people who were hugely influential in my coming back to Judaism.
