I should note that I am currently a disaffected Roman Catholic due to my LGBTQ identity. I don’t see a conversion in my future, but I want to be of as much support to my girlfriend as possible. What kinds of things should I expect? Is there anywhere you can recommend someone who is not Jewish like me go to learn more about Judaism?
I’m particularly interested in how mixed-faith relationships work out. Those of y’all with experiences like mine, how do you balance having different faiths?
