Help, I Really Don’t Know What To Do

I am an agnostic, raised in a reform jewish family. My father’s mother is still very conservative and observant. Every year I go over and help her swap the dishes for Passover. This year is obviously a challenge.

I work in an industry that brings me to lots of schools, event spaces, churches, and other large gathering spaces. Needless to say, I am a COVID exposure risk.

My Bubbie will not take No for an answer. She lives alone, refuses to move to a retirement home, and will not allow her PSW to handle the pesach dishes.

Does anyone know a way for me to explain to her that I am putting her at risk, and that God puts her health above her ability to observe Pesach?
