I am a Christian and I am writing a book in which the main character forms a relationship with a Jewish priest. Is there a “formal” way to speak to the priest? For example if I am talking to a Pastor I’ll just say “Pastor Joe”, so would it be “Priest Joe”? Sorry for my ignorance, but I couldn’t find an answer anywhere on the internet.
