Hasidim in Bila Tserkva?

Me and my girlfriend are trying to figure out which Hasidic dynasty her great-parents followed. All we really know is that her family was from Bila Tserkva, Ukraine. I imagine there were probably multiple Hasidic movements which existed in a major center like that, but were any dynasties particularly associated with that Bila Tserkva?

EDIT: We know that that side of her family was Hasidic not just Haredi/Orthodox
