Hasidic/Haredi pronunciation and evolution

I was reading this article: Despite outrage, Jerusalem museum vows to keep censoring evolution exhibit. I have a question: are there any Hasidic/Haredi Jews who speak Yiddish and say things like burich atu instead of baruch ata, and who believe in evolution? I’m a huge fan of, and believer in, paleontology, dinosaurs, evolution, and science in general, but I prefer Ashkenazi pronunciations like burich atu to Modern Hebrew baruch ata, and I don’t want to use them incorrectly. Note: I’m not Jewish.
