Hi everyone! My very best friend invited me to her son’s high school graduation at the end of May. I couldn’t be more excited to attend and support them, but he attends a Catholic school that hosts a mass before the actual graduation ceremony.
I don’t mind attending, but I’m afraid I’m not entirely sure what behaviors I should or should not participate in. Obviously, I’m not going to take communion or anything but what should I do during their prayers/service? I know Catholics kneel and stand a lot during the course of the mass, but do I join in on that or is it weird if I just sit there?
Have any of you gone to a Catholic mass for some reason? If so, what exactly did you do during the service?
