Hanukkah foods?

Hello all! I work at an independent coffee shop/bar/bakery and I’m the baker. I have total control of the menu and I’d like to show the Jewish community in our little Midwestern town we care about them. I’m Buddhist so I know what it’s like to not have access to holiday specials and stuff and don’t want anyone to feel that way. I can also get pretty much any ingredients because my boss goes to the big city a couple times a week so that’s not an issue.

I make soups every week and savory and sweet baked goods. Any ideas on what I should make the week of Hanukkah? I’m open to pretty much anything that can be batched, not a huge deal if it needs warmed up before serving either. I can’t do made to order things but other than that I’m game!
