Halacha Question: Camping Chair on Shabbat?

Halacha Question: Camping Chair on Shabbat?

I have a fantastic lightweight camping chair from REI. It packs up into two pieces: a fabric seat and a frame made of aluminum poles. To assemble it, you click the leg segments together, and then you hook the fabric seat over the ends of the poles.

Would it be a violation of Shabbat to take this chair somewhere and assemble it to sit on?

Does it count as “building”, when the item is designed to be assembled and disassembled?
It certainly isn’t like an umbrella (you can’t really use it for shelter). I know those are an issue.
