"Grace and gentleness in working culture"

If a teacher or manager told you that they hoped to “instill grace and gentleness in our working culture” would you understand that as a universal goal, or a specifically Christian (or Catholic) goal (or set of terms)? Asking as someone who identifies as Jewish. I recognize that while ‘grace’ (chen) is discussed in the Tanakh and other rabbinic texts, Jews rarely make reference to grace – perhaps because grace is so central to many Christian beliefs. For example, Googling the combination of “grace and gentleness” finds it prominently featured on Christian websites and in Christian writing… And the Jewish concept of grace is subtly different than the Christian concept of grace.
