I’m visiting my future in-laws over Chanukah. Specifically my FMIL has celiac disease so she can’t have most pastries. Normally I like to make sfenj, I’m wondering if any of you have tips for making it gluten free? Basically all the recipes I saw online were in French, Hebrew, or Arabic (which I kind of know, but not well enough) so I can’t really understand them.
