Gene test that breaks down Ashkenazi dna?

My dad is Jewish and took a test from ancestry.com which came back 90% “European Jewish” but it didn’t break down how much of that was Levantine vs Indigenous European. I want to take a test myself but want one that is more detailed (to see if it’s Italian and Levantine dna or German and Levantine etc.)
