Flying in to Israel on Erev Yom Kippur…am I asking for a disaster?

Tried posting on r/Israel, won’t show up

I have the opportunity to get to Israel for YK due to being in Germany for work at the time, the only catch is that I would have to catch the 8am El Al flight that morning (I’m not risking Ryanair on Erev YK and have zero flexibility with dates). Assuming no delays, I’d land around 1pm Israel time and then have to get to Jerusalem, fast starts at 6pm.

I know public transport is all stopped by then, do I have a hope of finding a taxi who’ll take me or is this cutting it way too fine and a terrible idea?
