Finding a F(L)ORA in a mostly pandemic, fairly isolated space

I’m looking to find an Orthodox Rabbi who I can talk to about halachic/spiritual matters, but I don’t have a community in my vicinity and moving, while possible, is inadvisable while I’m job hunting. If there are any, I’d be interested in finding a technologically literate Rabbi to Zoom with on a semi-regular/occasional basis. Or should I wait until I am ready to move? (I’m concerned also that moving won’t solve the problem, since I’m concerned that with my specific needs I may not be able to connect with any given Rabbi).
