Faith is good for my mental health.

I was raised secular, but I’ve been going to services and stuff, and I do think I believe in HaShem—or I’ve at least been thinking about the idea a lot and reading about Jewish theology. And I’ve noticed a marked change in my thoughts.

When something bad happens, I feel less bothered by it; when something good happens, my first thought is gratitude. And I’ve been noticing how a lot of the bad things that happen to me end up being a blessing in disguise, which makes me really really happy.
