Entry level jobs that are compatible with living a Jewish life

I had to drop out of college and desperately need a job, but I am seriously struggling to find anything that won’t conflict with my practice. Working in fast food would be difficult considering I keep kosher (plus I’m not sure if that would be okay halachically). Almost every retail job requires Saturday availability. I asked my rabbi if they knew any openings within the Jewish community, but they said helping find employment was outside of the scope of the shul.

If anyone has any recommendations for types of jobs, please let me know. I’ve mostly been apply to reception/medical assistant positions so far. I have an associates degree and 95% of a microbiology bachelors and I’m in the US mid atlantic, if that helps.
