E.T.s and Judaism : what if a Rabbi met a Yautja?

In the (unlikely) hypothesis that we find an advanced , intelligent life outside this Planet , how would religious Jews react? I know that some old kabbalistic texts speak about a plurality of worlds….

I have written unlikely because , in order to make that possible, we would need an exoplanet where life has reached the same conditions of Earth and where some sorts of messages from us would be intelligible to the inhabitants and viceversa. These messages would have to cover enormous distances (thousands of light years) : idem about travelling. So, pace the various UFO -loving conspiracy theorists , I would discard both alleged contact with ET and the possibility of them. But that is a bit off-topic. I just would like to know the Jewish position about these possibilities.
