Doesn’t the "10th Commandment" include the 8th and 9th?

When the 10th commandment concludes with “or anything that belongs to your neighbour” it implicitly includes “your neighbour’s house” (8th) and “your neighbour’s wife” (9th). It could easily have been stated more succinctly as a single commandment “You shall not covet anything that belongs to your neighbour.” and included all three directives.

Why is the “10th commandment” redundant?

You shall not covet your neighbour’s house. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, or his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbour. — Exodus 20:17
