Does your synagogue have a "Decorum Enforcer?"

I’ve been synagogues, some small some large, where people are not treating the space as the holy place it is. Eating, talking nonsense when people are praying nearby, etc.

Many sages talk about the grave transgression of not giving the synagogue it’s due respect.
