Does Judaism believe in the concept of divine guidance ?

Since Jews don’t preach their religion to non Jews, unlike Muslims or Christians, how does Judaism expect someone to find g-d or the “light” of g-d ? is there a concept in Judaism in which Hashem/G-d guides people to Judaism or something similar?
