Does anyone know the source for this lesson i learned in yeshiva?

Basically i got a summer job working in a warehouse. i’m doing repetitive work so i have my earpods in and i try to listen to like torah stuff, like shiurim and classes and stuff.

It reminded me of a lesson i heard from one of my rabbis in yeshiva that went something like “It’s better for someone to be a farmer or some profession that doesn’t require mental energy because the person can use that mental energy to think over torah.” it happens to be that the rabbi was using that lesson to convince me not to go to college (i did anyway) but i’m still resonating with the lesson now and would like to know if anyone else has heard it and knows it’s source? thx! and have a great day.
