hi everyone! i am trying to get more into judaism (im culturally jewish), i’m also a younger progressive, woman. i am not super strict about the people i talk to needing to be on the same political spectrum as me, so i’d be happy being a part of the jewish community at all; but it would be even better if i could find a progressive jewish community in portland, or just get recommendations of how to become a part of this community/where to start!
does anyone have any recommendations for a good way to reach out to jewish community in portland, progressive or not? thank you!!
it would also be cool to get some general recommendations for where to even start when trying to get into judaism. i was raised jewish but i have a really bad memory and i don’t even know where to start.
