Does anyone have unique kosher recipes?

I’ve been jewish my whole life, and I feel like a lot of the food I’ve been eating lately is very bland. I want to try new things and go out if my comfort zone, but every time I there’s something in the recipe that’s not kosher. Does anyone have cool and unique kosher recipes? Thank you!
