I’m making my annual pesach cheesecake, and I had to pay an absurd amount of money for a Hadar K4P pie crust, which I then sacrificed to making an imitation graham-cracker crust for the bottom. There has to be a way to make something similar from scratch, no? I’d like to know for next year.
I feel like I don’t trust the recipes online that are just like “mix matza meal and margarine.” So, anyone got a recipe? (It’s for cheesecake, so dairy is ok.)
