Do you / should you say Borei Minei V’Samim before you smoke a cigarette / cigar / pipe?

I enjoy sometimes smoking pipe. Since I actually enjoy the smell and the experience I feel like I want to make a blessing. What is your take? Do you actually say or know someone who says?
