Do reform jews believe they are practicing judaism the authentic way?

Not trying to be disrespectful or offend anyone.

I am sephardic and lived in America than Israel, than back to, America. In Israel there is not really reform or conservative or anything like that its more youre religious or you are not, and they acknowledge they arent religious. Same thing with my community now in America. My question is do reform jews believe they are abiding by halacha and practicing the right way? Please elaborate on why or why not.
