Do rabbis have to be good singers?

Sorry if this is a ridiculous question! I’m Jewish through family heritage but only recently started attending/watching synagogue ceremonies (during covid, so it’s all livestreams). I was surprised that the services (at least the weekly Shabbat service which is what I watch) are like 80% singing and very little talking. And also I’ve watched two different synagogues and the rabbis are both incredible singers. So, is it normal that most of a service is music? And does that mean all rabbis are great singers?
