Do non-religious Jews still go to heaven?

So there are alot of Jews who have become almost completely secular and I think I heard somewhere that a Jew who doesn’t believe in God can still go to heaven as long as he does not worship any idols?

Edit: Instead of heaven I should have said the world hereafter

Is that true?
