Do Jews recite the Torah like Muslims recite the Quran?

I know not much of Judaism, but since Islam is similar in many ways, I wonder if you share this practice. Orthodox Judaism says that the Torah in the Hebrew language is divine, and Islam says that the Quran in the Arabic language is divine. So both religions ephazise the importance of the original text. Islam places great importance on Quran recitation, which is the main body of collective worship, as well as in private worship. Children are taught to recite from early age, and there are set ways of reciting. In Islamic countries, there are competions to recite the Quran in the best way. Do Jews place similar importance on recitation of the Torah?
