do campus Chabad houses usually allow students from other schools?

I’m starting college in Fall, and there is a Chabad house that I’d like to go to in the city. The only problem is, its for a different college. Would it be rude or a faux-pas to go there? I understand that Chabad is big on outreach, but I don’t want to intrude.
