As I get older and lose my family I spend a lot of time thinking about them. I come from 4 religions and 2 races, so I’m not really anything. I just believe in trying to be good.
I copied the tattoo my dads father (a U.S airman) had, on the same spot. Perhaps I should now have my mother’s fathers tattoo copied, the number the Germans inked him with.
Im torn on doing this, it shows he was a survivor but it also was something he had no choice in. Though it truly is an indelible memory of him, his big strong arms and that tattoo.
Any thoughts on this guy getting this tattooed on him?
