Correct spelling of the “Kabbalah”? And is it forbidden to talk about it with non jews / jews belos 40 yo?

So far I’ve read “Qaballah”, “Cabala” and the most used “Kabbalah”. How do you spell it the best from hebrew to latin alphabet the best. My second question is if the kabbalah is some secret to talk about.
