When I convert a Hebrew date to the Gregorian calendar using HebCal.com it gives me a date in the Gregorian / Western calendar.
Does this mean that that day in the Hebrew calendar starts at tzeit hakokhavim on the preceding day or that that date on the Hebrew calendar starts at tzeit hakokhavim / nightfall on that day?
