Converting after being married.

Hi, I have recently started on my exciting conversion journey. Everything is fine except one thing. I have a girlfriend, whom I plan to marry. She is happy to raise our kids (when we have some) with jewish values in a jewish household, but she is unsure of her converting herself and going through the process. I’m 100% made up my mind on converting. But I’m just unsure if our marriage would be allowed in the law of orthodox judaism if she isn’t a jew.

If we got married before my conversion officially start, is that a way to get around it? I know in the eyes of the jewish law your only supposed to marry other jewish people, but I am wondering if it’s possible if we married beforehand. She may change her mind one day on her converting, I do not want to force my values on her though. Any help would be much appreciated 🙏
